Call recordings may be shared with you for quality assurance

We do not share prospect data with other users or third parties

6.4 Legal Compliance & Protection

We may disclose user data if required by law or to protect our rights, including:

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

If you cancel your subscription, we retain limited data for tax and legal compliance purposes (7 years)

Call recordings retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted

Account Deletion

When you delete your account:

Your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

All third-party integration connections will be revoked

You will lose access to all courses, AI features, and content

Data cannot be recovered after deletion

Some data may be retained for legal compliance (invoices, transaction records)

Disconnecting Integrations

You can disconnect any third-party integration at any time:

Through your PULSE Intelligence account settings

Directly through the third-party service's security settings

By contacting [email protected] for assistance

When you disconnect an integration:

We immediately stop accessing data from that service

Existing synced data may be retained for up to 30 days for functionality

You can request immediate deletion of integration data


8. Your Rights & Choices

8.1 Updating or Correcting Your Information

You can update your profile details anytime in account settings

You can manage integration connections in the Integrations dashboard

8.2 Managing Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link

Transactional emails (account notifications, billing alerts, appointment reminders) cannot be opted out of
