Power Unit Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use Voru, our real estate team performance tracking and financial reporting platform.

By using Voru, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, do not use the platform.


1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

You may provide information when you:

Register for an account

Are invited to join a team, office, or franchise by an administrator

Set up your organization's Business Plan

Enter transactions, activity, or financial data

Connect a third-party CRM or transaction platform

Contact us for support

This may include:

Name, email address, phone number

Role (Agent, Team Leader, Office Admin, Franchise Admin), team name, office name, and franchise structure

Business Plan data: annual goals, GCI targets, unit goals, conversion rate assumptions, commission splits, royalty percentages, and budget categories

Transaction records: property address, client name, transaction type, status, key dates, sale price, commission (GCI), fees, splits, referrals, and lead source

Daily Lead Gen activity: hours worked, calls, contacts, appointments, showings, open houses, and any custom metrics your team leader has set up

Financial entries: monthly income, cost of sales, expenses, and budget figures entered by you or your team

Billing information, if you're on a paid plan (see Section 5)

Anything you tell us directly through a support request

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use Voru, we automatically collect:

Device and browser information, including IP address

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, session length

Log files and error reports

We use this information to maintain the platform, monitor performance, and improve security.

1.3 Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and basic analytics tools to understand how Voru is used and to keep you logged in. You can manage cookie settings through your browser, though this may affect your experience on the platform.


2. A Note About Your Clients' Information

Because Voru tracks real transactions, some of the information stored in your account, such as the names and addresses of buyers and sellers tied to your deals, is personal information belonging to your clients, not to you. You are responsible for having the appropriate rights and agreements in place with your clients to store and process this information. We apply the same security safeguards to this data as to everything else in your account, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the Voru service to you.


3. Third-Party Integrations

Voru is built to work alongside the tools you already use. Connecting an integration is always optional. Everything Voru does can also be entered by hand, and no feature requires a connected tool to function.

3.1 CRM & Lead Platforms

Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, CINC, Lofty, BoldTrail

What we access: contact and lead records, deal status changes, and lead source information for the leads you authorize us to sync

How we use it: to automatically create or update a matching entry in your Pipeline, and to tag the lead source so it flows correctly into your ROI Tracker

Connection method: webhook (Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail) or a saved API key you provide (Sierra Interactive, CINC, Lofty)

3.2 Transaction Management Platforms

SkySlope, DotLoop

What we access: transaction status, key dates, and deal metadata tied to the transactions you connect. We do not access the underlying documents themselves.

Connection method: API key (SkySlope) or webhook (DotLoop)

3.3 Managing Integrations

You can disconnect any integration at any time under Settings > Integrations. Once disconnected, we immediately stop pulling new data. Data already synced into your account remains there unless you request its deletion.


4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

Operate and maintain your account and dashboard

Calculate your Business Plan projections, pace against goals, and scorecards

Build your Leaderboard, Scorecards, Trends, and ROI Tracker views

Generate the reports you request (Financial, Pipeline, Leaderboard, Goals, Trend)

Process payments for paid subscriptions

Respond to support requests and communicate about your account or billing

Maintain and improve the reliability and security of the platform

Voru does not include any AI features, and we do not use your data to train AI models of any kind.


5. Payment & Billing

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Card payments are processed by Stripe which maintains its own PCI-DSS compliant security standards. We retain billing confirmations, invoices, and transaction IDs as needed to manage your subscription.


6. How We Protect Your Information

We use industry standard measures to protect your data, including:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest

Role based access controls (see Section 7)

No online service can guarantee absolute security. We recommend using a unique, strong password for your Voru account.


7. Who Inside Your Organization Can See What

Voru is built around roles, and what a person can see depends on the role they're assigned:

Role What they see Agent Only their own deals, goals, and lead gen activity Team Leader Everyone on their team Office Admin Everyone across every team in their office Franchise Admin Every office, every team, every agent in the organization

This means personal and financial information in your account may be visible to others inside your own organization, depending on their assigned role. Roles are set and managed by your organization's own administrators, not by us. If a role needs to change, an Office Admin, Franchise Admin, or Team Leader with Settings access can update it.


8. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

8.1 Service providers who help us operate Voru, such as hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics.

8.2 The CRM and transaction platforms you've connected, only to the extent needed to sync the data you've authorized.

8.3 Legal disclosure, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety and rights of our users.


9. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active.

If you cancel your subscription, we retain limited billing records as required for tax and legal compliance for 7 years.

You can request full account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected] We will delete your personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where certain records must be retained by law.

Disconnecting an integration stops new data from syncing. Data already synced remains in your account until you request its removal.


10. Your Rights & Choices

Access, correct, or export your data through your account settings, or by contacting us

Request deletion of your data

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (transactional emails, such as billing notices and security alerts, cannot be opted out of)

California residents (CCPA): you may request disclosure or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may opt out of the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data.

11. Children's Privacy

Voru is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we've inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.


12. U.S. Operations & International Use

Voru is intended primarily for use within the United States. If you access Voru from outside the U.S., you agree to the transfer of your information to our U.S. based servers, and we apply appropriate safeguards for that transfer.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform and update the effective date at the top of this page.
