These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voru, a real estate team performance tracking and financial reporting platform operated by Power Unit Coaching, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Voru, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you are using Voru on behalf of a team, brokerage, office, or franchise, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and that organization.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Voru account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Accounts are created in one of four roles: Agent, Team Leader, Office Admin, or Franchise Admin. Your organization's administrators are responsible for assigning and managing these roles. See our Privacy Policy for details on what each role can see.

2. Description of the Service

Voru gives real estate team leaders and broker owners visibility into production, pipeline, lead generation activity, financials, goals, and team performance. Core features include the Whiteboard, Leaderboard, Scorecards, Business Plan, Goals tracking, Financial Statement, ROI Tracker, Lead Gen Tracker, Nurture Database, and optional integrations with third-party CRM and transaction platforms.

You can use Voru with or without connecting a third-party integration. All features can be operated using data entered directly into the platform.

Voru is not an accounting, tax, or legal service. It is a visibility and reporting tool. Nothing in Voru constitutes accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Business Plan projections, goal pace calculations, and financial reports are based on the data and assumptions you or your organization enter, and are estimates, not guarantees of future results.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment

Voru is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is based on your team's size and structure, as described during onboarding or by our sales team.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of Voru after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you or your organization enters into Voru, including transaction records, financial data, lead activity, and any client information tied to your deals ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Voru service to you.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the appropriate rights to store any client or third-party personal information within Voru. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle Customer Data, including client information.

We do not sell your Customer Data, and we do not use it to train AI models, because Voru does not include AI features.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Voru offers optional integrations with third-party platforms, including Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, CINC, Lofty, BoldTrail, SkySlope, and DotLoop. Your use of these integrations is also governed by that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we don't control.

We're not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of any third-party platform, or for any data loss or discrepancy that results from a connected platform's outage, API changes, or account issues on the other platform's side. If an integration stops working correctly, disconnect and reconnect it, or enter the affected data manually.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Voru for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable real estate licensing law or regulation

Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Voru

Scrape, mine, or extract data from Voru using automated tools outside of the features we provide

Resell, sublicense, or provide access to Voru to any third party not covered by your subscription

Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform

Upload data you don't have the right to store, including client information collected without proper consent or authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual Property

Voru, including its software, design, features, and the Voru name and logo, is the property of Power Unit Coaching, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any ownership rights in Voru itself, only a limited right to use it as described here. Any feedback or suggestions you give us about Voru may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Disclaimers

Voru is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Voru will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate, particularly with respect to data pulled in from third-party integrations or manually entered by you or your team.

As stated in Section 2, Voru is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice. Decisions about your business should be made in consultation with qualified professionals, not based solely on figures generated by Voru.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Unit Coaching, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use Voru, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to Voru will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Power Unit Coaching, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Voru, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including any client whose information you've entered into the platform without proper authorization.

11. Termination

You can stop using Voru and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

Upon termination, your right to use Voru ends immediately. Data retention and deletion after termination are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Optional arbitration clause, include only if your attorney confirms it's appropriate for your business and enforceable in your customers' jurisdictions:

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Voru will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You and Power Unit Coaching, LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the platform and update the effective date above. Continued use of Voru after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
